Fidget and Spin - Brighton
Fidget and Spin is a unique stay-and-playgroup in Brighton & Hove, lovingly founded by parents Caitlin and Anthony Lamoureux. Designed specifically for neurodiverse children aged 2-6 (with plans to expand), this warm and inclusive environment offers dedicated Sensory Zones for movement, light & sound, and tactile exploration, alongside a calming Chill Zone and areas for shared play. Fidget and Spin is equally vital for parents and carers, providing a down-to-earth community that truly understands, offering a precious space to connect, breathe, and belong. As Caitlin puts it, their core goal is "to give children the chance to thrive through joyful, inclusive play — and to give parents a place where they feel seen, supported, and part of a community." Launching soon in various community halls across Brighton & Hove, families are encouraged to join their waiting list
Why Fidget and Spin?
Created by Husband and Wife team, Caitlin & Anthony Lamoureux, and inspired by their journey with their son Remy’s ASD diagnosis, Fidget and Spin is the community they once wished for — a space where families feel safe, seen, and fully supported.
As much as Fidget and Spin is for children, it’s also for the grown-ups too. We want you to feel part of a community that gets it — one that’s kind, down-to-earth, and full of people walking a similar path.

What We Offer
Our playgroup is a warm, inclusive, and SEN-friendly environment designed for children aged 2–6 years (with plans to grow!).
