Echo Performing Arts is a fantastic group in Brighton & Hove, really passionate about offering creative opportunities for everyone, especially folks with additional needs and disabilities.
Lydia Hunt and Sarah Hamlett, the founders, have seen firsthand how much the performing arts can change lives, and they've built a super inclusive space.
You'll find them running several performing arts sessions each week at Woodingdean Community Centre and Hangleton Community Centre. Many of these classes are led by their specially trained team, making sure everyone feels supported and engaged.

Brighton Neurodivergent Community is a local social group designed to provide more accessible and affordable social activities for neurodivergent adults aged 18-40!
We run monthly sober and non-sober socials, fortnightly craft meets, as well as online game nights, cinema trips, picnics, and even club events!
Our Discord has over 400 chatty, welcoming members, and we have been steadily growing since we started in 2022.

Fidget and Spin is a nurturing stay-and-play group in Brighton, lovingly created by parents Caitlin and Anthony Lamoureux to be the inclusive community they wished for their son with ASD.
It's a warm, SEN-friendly environment for children aged 2-6, offering dedicated sensory zones for movement, light, sound, touch, and calm, alongside areas for shared play.

Frazzled is an incredible Peer Support Group for parents and carers of children with SEND.
Whilst finding and accessing support for children with SEND can be difficult at the best of times, it is often 100times harder to find that vital emotional support you parents and carers need! That is where Frazzled comes in, and we are so excited to have them on the platform!
This is such an important resource that benefits so many and we cant wait to watch them grow and help even more people!
Frazzled has a range of online support groups, and also face to face meet ups where you can do arts and crafts, chat, share experiences and relax over tea and snacks!
